Ana Feeding the Seagulls
It was a cold day, but the sky was clear, and we needed to get some fresh air. So, Ana, Bryna, and I headed off to beach. I had a surprise in store for Ana. I brought some bread for the seagulls. Ana feeding the seagulls made her so happy.
Hidden beach is about a 5-minute walk from our house on Miller Field. The beach goes for miles right up to Fort Wadsworth though Midland beach. The reason it’s called hidden, is the sand dunes. But this is about Ana and us having fun feeding the seagulls.
Smart Seagulls
These birds are smart, one squawk and more birds showed up fast. They of course kept their distance However, as time went on, they got closer and closer to us. The very smart birds would fly just out of reach hoping we threw some bread in the air.
The birds would chase each other away hoping for more bread to come their way. The whole time Jimmy just wanted to run lose and chase the birds, but he stayed tied up. Ana also wanted to chase the birds, but they fly out of range waiting for more bread.
Ana Didn’t Want to Leave
Ana wanted more bread to feed to the seagulls, but I didn’t bring a lot with us. She wanted me to run out and get more bread. Instead, after the bread was all gone, we took a couple of minutes to relax, and took a quick walk on the beach. However, the temperature was cold. We decided to go back home and warmup. Bryna and I were so happy watching Ana feeding the seagulls. Even with the weather being cold everyone had a good time especially Ana.
