Last night Ana was using my phone and I fell asleep. Ana woke me up saying Daddy it’s too dark. When I woke up, I saw Ana was using my phone when I was sleeping. She was of course taking selfies in the dark.
Ana was having fun, making silly faces, and just looking cute. Luckily the iPhone take good pictures even in the dark, unlike Ana’s toy camera. If you saw the other selfie photos you can tell Ana loves to have her picture taken.
Ana’s phone ran out of battery, so she asked if she could use my phone. Ana was watching cartoons when I fell asleep. She took a late nap and was not ready to sleep. Shortly after I heard Ana saying Daddy it’s too dark, too dark. She was saying this over and over, until I woke up. I realized she could not see herself in the phone because it was too dark. But the flash was on so she could still take pictures in the dark.
I am surprised how many of the pictures came out, when she could not line herself up with the screen before taking the picture. I guess Ana has taken so many selfies now she doesn’t have to think, just click.
What is funny, every time we start to take any video, or pictures Ana knows. She will run and join in. If you mention taking pictures, she will stop what she is doing and start taking selfies. Every picture Ana took on her phone would go straight to my phone. I had to turn this off, way to many selfies every day. I will instead download the good pictures from her phone. But last night I was surprised to find out Ana was using my phone when I was sleeping.
