Are Lollipops Good for Breakfast?
We picked up a box of lifesaver lollipops at the store. Before getting ready for bed Ana found the box and wanted one. Of course, we gave her one, but she grabbed two out of the box. We took one out of the wrapper for Ana and told her the other one was for morning. We placed it under her pillow for her. The first thing Ana did when she got up was look for the lollipops under her pillow, it was still there. Ana ended up dropping the lollipop behind the bed before she could eat lollipops for breakfast. We told Ana that she had to eat breakfast first, and she said ok.
Breakfast Time.
Ana took a bath and dressed up, then we went down to cook breakfast. Every day I ask Ana what she wants, it is usually scrambled egg with cheese, breakfast cereal, or pancakes. Today she looked so sad, the usually breakfast not what Ana wanted. Everything I asked she said no, when I asked what she wanted it was, of course, the lollipop that we promised her before when went to bed.
I started cooking her favorite which is Mickey Mouse pancakes. However, Ana was still sad, no lollipops. I surprised Ana with one lollipop, and she was happy, until Bryna came down for breakfast.
No more Lollipops for Breakfast!
The first thing Bryna said to me is why did you give Ana a lollipop for breakfast. It took Bryna a couple of minutes to convince Ana that she had to eat breakfast first. She did eat most of her pancakes, and strawberry’s.
Ana came running in to the kitchen saying lollipop not healthy and handed me her lollipop. Today when we were reviewing the video Ana was sitting on my lap. She kept saying look and pointing at the lollipop in the video. She never asked for one but was sure hinting that she wanted one. Ana ended up having a grape lollipop (and I had a strawberry one).
