Filipino Style BBQ

One of our favorite foods to cook on the grill has to be the Filipino style barbecue. I think this last summer we must have grilled this 10 times. Nevertheless, we did grill out a lot this year (well summer of 2020). In 2019 we made these for a couple of parties, they were a hit. In colder weather we also used an indoor grill (electric) however, I still prefer charcoal grill. One thing you have to remember is you need to plan ahead for marinating.

The barbecue – filipino style never lasts in our house. It is something you can pickup and before you know it of them are gone. For a couple of parties we ended up cooking these for a couple of hours strait. We could not cook them fast enough. I think your family will enjoy them as much as our family does.

  • One clove of garlic, minced
  • One onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
