Bryna’s COVID Vaccine
It took months for Bryna to decide if she wanted to take the COVID vaccine. She was not in a rush, we spend most of the time in the house, and always wear a mask and face shield when we are out. After looking at the results most people have, she finally decided that it was time to get the vaccine. So, this is the story of Bryna’s COVID vaccine.
Bryna was Worried
After I received my vaccine Bryna was worried. The side effect for me were bad, but with underlining conditions I was also higher risk. However, with very low percentage of induvial having problems with the vaccine Bryna decided it was time to get vaccinated. One of the driving factors was schools opening back up. Getting scheduled was easy, it took around 15 minutes to find an appointment and fill out the paperwork. We received an appointment the same day, it looks like there are many open appointments in New York, but the nearest site was still only for second dose. We had to drive 15 minutes to the site.
Before the Vaccination
We arrived early for her appointment, and Bryna was very nervus. There were a handful of people inline waiting for their appointment time. Around 15 minutes before Bryna’s appointment she went in.
After the First Shot
Bryna was out 20 minutes later. She received the vaccination almost right. Most bad side effects happen within the first 15 minutes, so after getting the vaccination everyone is required to wait 15 minutes before leaving. Of course, she was will worried.
The Next Day
Bryna was doing well the next day, with little to no side effects from the vaccination. Moreover, over the next three days, the only thing Bryna had was some seasonal allergies. Overall, the first vaccination for Bryna went well, we just hope the second one goes as smoothly as the first on did. If you want to see more of Bryna’s COVID vaccine, click on the video below.
