Green Beans with Ground Pork

Hello Mga Palangga, here’s my version of sautéed green beans with ground pork. I like cooking sautéed green beans at home because its quick and easy.  The first time I made this for Chris he said it was his favorite food, even today this dish will be gone in a day.

With Ana around, she want to help with everything. This can be hard when you are using a knife. I just have to keep an eye on Ana.

I have to try the cooking

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Green Beans cut in half
  • 1 lbs. of Ground Pork
  • Half Onion
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tbs of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbs fish sauce

Instructions:

  1. Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a skillet
  2. Sauté garlic until light brown and add onion until transparent.
  3. Add ground pork and cook until brown. You can remove excess oil of pork fats if you want.
  4. Add pepper
  5. Add Fish Sauce
  6. Add half glass of water if you want little sauce.
  7. Add green beans and cook for few minutes
  8. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
  9. Send some over to Chris to eat :).
